With a rich history dating back to 2010, we have been at the forefront of delivering comprehensive information on management systems and the world of standards for over 15 years.
Originally launched as "Quality Portal", we earned the trust of professionals across Europe. Today, through Management Systems World, we are expanding globally, bringing together information, organizations and professionals from across the quality infrastructure and management systems ecosystem.

As experienced journalists, we pride ourselves on being independent and unbiased. We do not conduct trainings / sell consulting services / push paid ads / or publish content for the sake of academic points. Instead, our mission is to connect people, share relevant information and promote organizations and professionals who contribute to the development of quality, standards and management systems worldwide.

Our Journey
Our story began at the University of Belgrade in 2010 with the launch of Quality Portal. Over the years, we transitioned to private ownership and expanded our reach across Central and Eastern Europe.
We’ve organized numerous expert gatherings and niche events, including the notable "Quality as Concept" conferences in 2018 and 2019, dedicated to continuous improvement, business excellence and quality culture.
